How can I get power of attorney of my blind mother in law who cannot sign the forms?

If she is interested in giving someone a power of attorney, go to a lawyer and have one drawn up with her present if possible.

If she is unwilling, and if you are SURE she is incapable of caring for herself, then you can move for a guardian to be appointed.

Again you should really see a lawyer either way. It is very easy to mess these things up and get yourself into a lot of trouble.
