what rights do i have in this situation
I have been married for seven years my wife has been insisting that I see a doctor, I ignored her because I knew that I had not done anything to be fearful of. I recently injured my eye on the job and had to go to the emergency room. I was given a complete check out and was told that I had a sexually transmitted disease I am sure now that My wife was unfaithful but my question is if I file for a divorce will I have to split a house that I have purchased in my name with her, We have a child and I have no problem supporting her but the main concern is that I do not want her to get my home that I have worked so hard to obtain on my own she does not pay any bills and i have proof to back up all my statements please reply as soon as possible informing me how I should proceed and if I will need a lawyer in this case.

After reviewing your comments, I definitely think you need to speak with an attorney to protect all of your rights. It seems that your wife has been unfaithful, but in order to deal with all of the issues you may be facing you must speak with an attorney.

No wonder you are very angry. I would be angry also. It seems your wife wanted you to see a doctor for this very reason. Clearly, she was unfaithful. We can say at least she had some regard for your health.
Regarding the house, the deed and mortgage will tell us a great deal about the future of the house in a divorce. If your ex-wife signed the deed or is on the mortgage, then absolutely the house will be judged a part of the marital estate. It is less than 100% that it will be judged a part of the marital estate otherwise.
If it is a part of the marital estate, then the final ownership of the house will be subject to negotiation and the final order of the assigned judge. If not, then you will gain full ownership.
