seperation
My wife wants a seperation. She wants me to leave the house and said if I dont she will have me removed. Can she.

No. The only way for a wife to force a husband out of the marital residence is if the husband physically assaults the wife causing the wife to file for an Order of Protection in the Family Court or in the Criminal Court.

On what basis is your wife trying to have you removed?
You can be removed from your home if your wife has accused you of domestic violence.
