Pay for Time Off

Can an employer force an employee to use all of their accrued Sick Leave, Vacaction, Personal Time, and Compensatory Time to pay for their FMLA or can an employee opt for Leave Without Pay?

Yes, generally, an employer may require employees to exhaust their personal leave and vacation days for FMLA purposes.
