Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

Affordable legal service
I live in NY State and am having trouble with custody and support payments. I barely make enough to live on and can't afford an attorney. I can't use legal aid according to them I make to much and the child's mother is already using them.

I currently pay child support and am being denied visitation and now I am being forced to take out health care insurance that I can't afford.

Is there any help out there for me?

I am sorry you are in this situation. Getting an attorney is a good first step, but you have been stripped of the means to accomplish this.

make a petition for modification and get before a referee with all of your financial information. The referee may be helpful. You might be surprised.
