Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

Hi,
I am a pro se litigant in Kings county NY,against the city and NYPD for false arrest and malicious prosecution.
The defendants failed to answer interrogatories for a year and a judgment against the complainant on liability already entered.
The judge has not entered the default for the city and the police and he set a P,C and compliance conference to resolve the case
I told the judge that I will not agree to exstend time for the police to answer interrogatories and therefore I do not know what to expect in the next p.c set within 10 days from today
Can you tell me what is the possible scenario in this p.c-compliance hearing?

You scenario does not make sense. If judgment has been granted against the complainant (that's you!) on liability then the case should be dismissed.
