Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

Hi, I am working on buying a wibsite called www.ObamasDiary.com.

My plan is to add frequent posts to give the effect of diary entries as written by Mr Obama himself.

The entries will clearly be satirical in nature - there will be no way that anyone could reasonable confuse them with something that he would actually write. Additionally I would add a disclaimer to clearly state that it is inteneded for humor and enterntainment only and that these are not the words, views, etc of Presidenty Obama.

Im assuming the concept is similar to a Saturday Night Live skit - someone pretending to be a famous person but obviously not him - but just want to be sure.

All of that being said, Id just like to be sure that its ok I do this. The plan is to sell ad space and make money if that has any bearing.

Thanks,

Rob
