I 601 Waiver Denials at Adjustment Interview Level
currently working with local immigrant groups. questions have arisen about I601 waiver denials because of immigration fraud, overstay of visa, etc. I would like to know some of the grounds for arguing in favor of individuals denied entry, i.e. dying relative, extemely extenuating family situations, etc.
