Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

i have a CR1that will end soon......my husband and i have big problems, we arnt happy toghether(we have a daughter )...and he doesnt want to fill with me the i-751...

so what i have to do....

if i wait until i get divorce to fill i-751 based on divorce it will be too late cause the CR1 will expire soon so i will be illegal immigrant in waiting for divorce paper.....

wich option the law made for this situation....

I would need more information regarding this matter, such as, is your husband a US citizen or is he in the same position as you?

You mention your daughter, was she born here in the US?

Yes, the �I-751 Form� is the form that you would use to �petition to remove conditions on your residency�, do you now qualify to have those conditions removed?

There are certain ways when you can apply for removal of condition and to get permanent green card when your husband does not sign I-751. you should talk to a lawyer to check all the possibilities.
