H1B Transfer for Physical Therapist
Hi,
I am on H1b Visa as physical therapist n NY and now I would like to transfer to another employer.
Is that I need the visa screen for transfer the H1b.?
Pleasse le me explain,

If you Visa Screen is less than 5 years, you do not need to take it again. Visa Screen is valid for 5 years. This is the link confirming the statement. http://www.cgfns.org/sections/programs/vs/. You can start working for the new employer the day the USCIS get the petition for transfer. Good Luck!
