Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

My parents came to the USA seeking for asylum about six years ago, I was about 16 years old, the asylum was DENIED due to incredibility, right away the jugde issued an order of deportation which was of effet after the appeal was disesteemed, but we remained in the country. As of today I am 23 yrs old, and have my boyfriend which is USA citizen, we love each other, and want to have a family, but because of my situation we are scare to marry and start the process and then be deported back to my country, due to my DEPORTATION ORDER! Im desperate because we want to start a family with him, and we can't, not in this situation. He cant sleep thinking I might be taken away from him, and me neither.

Is there something I can do? any options? I will appreciate any answers

You need to consult a good immigration attorney in your State who works in Immigration Court.

You can marry your fiance. However, you will not be able to apply for a green card through adjustment of status while you are under final Deportation order (and failed to depart the country). If you file any applications with the USCIS now, you will be arrested and placed for removal (can be removed immediately because there is a valid and outstanding deportation order already in place).

The lawyer has to deal with the deportation case first. Then, you might be able to apply for adjustment of status if judge sets aside your deportation order.
