out of status got married on permanent resident,wanna change last name

hi! I'm hoping that you could help me on my case..

I am out of status due on expired visa and got married on green card holder,,is it possible to change my last name after a year? because he is going to file for a citizen first,,but i have a ss# and a driver's license.

What type of visa did you receive from the immigration services to enter this country?

You state that you are married to a green card holder does he have a conditional green card?

How long does he have to go before he can file for his citizenship?
