can i be awarded monteary damages for breach of confidentaility arising from a supervisor diclosing to other employees that i had an abortion?

It is possible. It depends on the circumstances. How did he find out? Did he have a duty not to disclose the fact? Was the fact part of an already public record? Under what circumstances did he disclose the information? Did he have a duty to disclose the information?
