Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

Job offer revoked

I was offered a job that has been revoked. I received a written letter stating when I would start, my salary, and that my employment was contingent on a medical examine. I was 22 weeks pregnant and some of the tests they wanted me to due were not safe for my baby. They requested a clean bill a health from my general practitioner. I gave them a letter from him and my obgyn. My obgyn said it was safest to wait until I was safely into my third trimester. I called them and said I was ready to take whatever medical test they needed. They said the position was no longer available. Is that legal?
