Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

I have signed an agreement with my company for greencard. What happens if I leave the company without getting green card.

This is way too important an issue not to seek legal counsel. There are free services for immigration, Legal Aid and legal Aid-type orgs all over. In Suffolk Cty, on Long Island, for instance,, Legal Aid primarily does criminal law, Nassau/Suffolk Law Services does mostly everything, Touro Law does Elder Law, the Suffolk V=Bar Assn works in conjunction with these other orgs for veterans, divorce, foreclosure, battered women, etc.
