I was working as a manager cook at a cafe in upstate New York, and the investors told my boss to put me on leave and he did. They never told me how long i was on leave for. Its been over 4 months and I ask when i able to come back, they just avoid the question. I'm guessing they fired me without telling me since they hired a new manager cook. Is there anything that can legally do to help this situation?
