Can she kick me out?

I have been living in my grandmothers house with her for over 27yrs and I now have my 4 minor children who live w/us i do NOT pay her rent there is NO lease I recently found out I am pregnant again I intend on keeping the baby but if my grandmother finds out she will tell him I have to leave with no place to go what legal rights do I have in this case situation? I dont want to be out in the streets homeless with 5 kids.And this is the only place I have resided all my life.

You are not a Tenant and yes she can tell you to leave. If you don't, she can seek your ejectment.

Do you receive child support for these children? These children are entitled to support from their Fathers. You MUST pursue this.

Go to Fam court and file a paternity petition along w/ child support petition.
