Ok I live in a trailer park in Upstate NY I got behind on my rent and the landlord took me to court we worked out an agreement that I would finish paying him within a month and a half and I did what I promised I would do.. Now he wants me to pay his lawyer fees but I didn't get evicted and I wasn't told I had to when I was in court...Am I obligated to pay his lawyer fees???
