car accident
i was involved in a car accident my ex girlfriend the passanger and i the driver were having a verbal argument in the car when she suddenly yanked my steering wheel causing me to hit the guard rale i was wondering if i can sue her and how do i go about it

Yes, you do have a claim against your girlfriend. However, you would first have to quantify your damages by either fixing the car or receiving several estimates for repair.
