What to do about my baby's scar?

My baby has a permanent scar on her leg due to the I. V. infultrated during her stay at the hospital. It has been over a year and the scar is not going away. It has put a slight dent in her skin. What should I do?

You have time in the event it does not heal properly to institute any possible proceedings.

How long is the scar?..where is it located ? Have you seen a plastic surgeon? What did the hospital tell you. Why did she have the I.V.?
