Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York

back surgery problems

I recently had back surgery and since then have lost feeling in some parts of my lower extremities and its getting worse i am aso in a lot more pain then before the surgery i want to know if i can go after my doc for malpractice

Maybe, it depends on what type of surgery it was. What kind of herniations did you have? Was there nerve root impingement? What levels? What was your pain beforehand? What is it now? Lots of questions.

The short answer is MAYBE, t woul honestly depend on a lot of factors... there are specific minimums you would have to meet in order to file a suit in NY.
