Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York

Hi My name is Candace & my sister Amanda took Accutane when she was 14 or 15 years old, she is now 25. She has been experiencing strange medical conditions such as recurring kidney stones, signs of osteoporosis, & epilepsy. According to our family history no one has had any of these conditions. My sister stated that she has spoken to attorney's about suing Accutane and told her since she has not been on it for so long and had no issues while taking Accutane she cant do anything, Is this true?

The reason I'd like to know is because I've been researching Accutane Lawsuits & she is showing signs of a disorder called Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) which could explain her recurring kidney stones. Please let me know if my sister has a case!

Sincerely,

Candace Ackerly

It appears that she may have a case. I need to review her medical records and have one of my experts examine her and review the records. Do you have her medical records yet?
