Circumstances rule, as usual. Is this a new or old patient? Is this a repeat diagnosis following a physical exam, or one being made for the first time? Are prescription drugs being phoned into a pharmacy without a physical exam, or is the doctor suggesting over the counter medication. More information is needed. Best, M. E. Zuller
