Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York

This last June I broke two bones in my foot or so an orthopedic doctor told me about four weeks into the injury I started telling him a totally different area of my foot was hurting badly and although I was very persistent he kept telling me that was normal. Two weeks ago I had to get my toe re constructed because it was completely destroyed at the joint I have a pin in my toe and ten stitches do I have a case against my original doctor?

Possibly. The entire chart would have to be reviewed by an orthopedist to see whether doctor No. 1 incorrectly diagnosed and treated the true injuries. Best, M. E. Zuller
