Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York

lawsuit

My fell down a flight of stairs about 5 years ago. When she went to a rehabilitation hospital she was not given the care she should have. We are suing that facility but I am concerned about how the lawyer is handling the case. How do I find out if the lawsuit has been filed and any information regarding the case.

check with elaw.com.

put in the plaintiff's last name in the plaintiff's section and scoll down to the appropriate venue. The venue will probably be the location where the accident occurred or the business address.

All you have to have to do is ask your lawyer for a copy of the complaint. If he does not cooperate than be suspicious
