Home Owners Insurance

If I hire a roofing Company and one of their workers gets hurt falling off the roof does my home owners policy or umbrella policy cover his medical expenses if the contractor is un-insured? not carring work mans cop on the employee who was hurt ?

Well certainly notify your homeowner's carrier of the loss so you will be covered in the event you are sued. Your carrier's lawyers will determine whether your policy covers the loss and whether they are responsible, but it's a good idea to have an attorney review their determinations.
