Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

My father was given a minivan by his cousin and has had it on his (my father's) property for about two years. His cousin has not given him the title and constantly avoids giving it to him when my father asks for it. My father wants to get the minivan off his property, and we are wondering if after being on my father's property for about two years, if he has the rights to the minivan even without the title.

No, but he has the right to charge storage if his cousin refuses to remove the van from his property.
