I own a home in NY that has a mortgage on it. I do not live in the home, my brother does. He has been paying the mortgage and taxes for atleast one year is there a way to change the title/deed and then notify the bank the change of title. Please advise.

Assuming this would be a intra family transfer with no consideration to you for the transfer of the home, a quitclaim deed would be your easiest way to transfer title to your brother.
