Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

I inherited a home with my two brothers from out parents. Two of us bought out the third brother. We would like to change the name on the deed to the two that now own the house. Which form(s) do I use?

You must do a deed transfer. I suggest hiring an attorney to do this right.

Depending upon whether or not you inherited by a Will, you will need either an Administrator's Deed or an Executor's Deed. I also suggest you retain an attorney to ensure this is done properly.
