minor children

all family members want to quit claim their interest,(received by their fathers death ,no will) in a parcel of land to another family member,uncle--all tenants in common but there is two minor children involed ,i need info on what forms i need ,to help out,and words on how this works

That is what attorneys do for a living.

You couild either go to law school or hire an attorney to draft the deed for you.

There are at least three other documents required in addition to the deed in order for the County Clerk to accept it for filing.
