Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
If my mother had durable power of attorney, and she transferred property into her name from herself and spouse for medicare planning, and she passed, and I was the beneficiary in her will, why are title companies calling this a self dealing act? Which is preventing us from selling the property.
