Transferring of ownership

I want to transfer (not selling) my ownership of a condo apartment to another

person. How should I go about that?

Do you mean sale without consideration or transfer possession retaining a right of ownership?

After first checking what limitations there are in the by-laws, and meeting any pre-condition requirements, all that should be necessary is to sign over the stock certificates and other ownership papers. If a Deed was issued to you, all you should need is a new Deed and have it recorded. You might want to have an attorney review the by-laws to see you comply and to prepare the necessary transfer documents.

A new deed must be prepared which you would sign effectively transferring your ownership rights to the person (grantee) named in the Deed. Feel free to call for a price quote for a new Deed and associated filing costs.
