Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

My uncle ,who was killed in colombia, owns a condo apartment in new york. He has 2 brothers in the states and three in colombia, and my mother ( who was his sister) died before him a few nonths ago.both his parents are deceased, He left no will, had no wife or children, and the apartment was titled on his name. who has any rights to his apartment?do the brothers in colombia inherit? do I inherit in behalf of my deceased mother?I am an american citizen ,living in colombia at the present time.I got an e-mail saying that all his siblings alive inherit equal shares.what do the siblings abroad need to do?can we contact you by phone?
