Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

Harassment and Unfair treatment

Hello, my manager has purchased alcohol for me twice at work, and asked me to drink it with ihm. I pretended to the first time and the second I let him know I did not like liquor and didn't want any. He gave me the bottle to have at a later point in time if I wanted. Since then I have been treated unfairly, my hours were cut, he changes the schedule and does not inform me (infact one day I was at work for 3 hours with him until someone else finally said, you aren't supposed to be here). he makes very derogatory and explicit jokes and treats me very differently than anyone else. He does not invite me to our planet fitness parties, which all employees are supposed to be informed of, he makes fun of members in the gym both sexually and demenaing, and he gets mad at me when I try to approach him about his problem with me. There's much more to it than this, and the number of incidences is countless but I have nothing on tape, or proof, aside from fellow employees who hear the same things and agree I'm being treated badly. They admitted in order to stay on his good side you must go out for drinks with him. What can I do!? Thanks
