Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

My husband has put up very explicit, and private photos of me on the internet without my consent, i happened to find them hidden within folders in our computer, i have written the sites to remove them(waiting to see what happens) if this is not taken down what can i--name removed--as far as the websites, and what kind of legal grounds can i take to make my husband stop this, our marriage is kind of shakey right now, and this is adding fuel to the fire, please help. Thank you.............
