Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

PA driver with a 1180D voilation in NY state

I am having a PA Drivers license and got a ticket for speeding at 56 on 35 limit (section says 1180D) in Geneva, NY (300+ miles from my place). 1) Do I get any points to PA history ? 2) Does this show-up on my driver's history ? 3) Does my Insurance premuim will go-up ?

4) How can I get into Bargain Plea, Is that really that useful to me ? 5) How much will be my penalty, Traffic ticket does not show the amount

Thanks,

RK

Fine is about $200 plus a $300 Driver Assessment Fee.

Our firm can very, very likely save you the $300 Driver Assessment Fee and obtain a more favorable outcome (such as a non-speeding ticket).

Feel free to call us to discuss.
