After a person dies, what is the time frame for their Will to be disclosed or mailed? Thank you so much.

While there is no set time frame, this is usually done within a few weeks of the death, with all eligible heirs being notified of the probate, the appointment of executors and usually given a copy of the Will. Non-heirs may inquire of the Surrogate as to this information and get a copy of the Will for a nominal fee.
