Siblings' rights as executor to parents' will.

If both parents have died, can your sibling (as executor) remove any money for themselves without first notifying other siblings all named equally in the will?

The executor, whether family or stranger, must follow the directions in the Will and treat all beneficiaries fairly. An Executor cannot improperly enrich himself.
