Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

How much should each owner in the corporation pay

This question is about a corporation where there are 37 owners, and 7 employees, Q should each owner have to pay in to the work men compensation and if so, are the owners paying this insurance for themselves or for the 7 employees.

Secondly how many employess must a corporation have before it is required to pay work mens compensation. And last is 225 dollors to much per owner.

NYS Workers Compensation Law require WC Insurance for any business with at least one non-employer employee.
