Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

Me an my friend are being framed for two B&E's an grand larceny of a $10'000 ring. I am 17 an my friend is 16. The cops have one fingerprint that doesn't match either of ours. An the only reason I am being investigated is because I knew the man who lived on the property an I drive a gray dodge charger an the car that the ppl who did it in was a dodge charger. Well the man who lived on the property was arrested a couple days before the acts occured because he was caught with 20 weed plants. His mom is the only othr person who lived on the property an she seen my car an thinks it was me. Also I am royaly pissed off because ppl (who I think REALLY did it). Are saying that we were braging about it. An like I said those are the only three things they are going on. And if anyone could shead any light on this for me please do.
