Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

Child Joint Custody

I have just filed for child support, and the dna test has just come back positive, as should; And now my babys father is wanting to keep him on the weekends. his name isnt on the birth certificate, and I have taken care of my son since day one. he is 6 months now, and i have bought every diaper, food, clothes, etc. Can he legally take my son just because the DNA test came back positive?
