Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina

I am on L2 EAD and now working in a company in US. My husband is on L1B and he needs to get his visa extended in coming January. But we heard that there are some rejections in L1 B renewals and hence we are worried if he will get rejected. If so even I cant come back to US as my visa is dependent on his visa. Can you please suggest me what will be the best way to approach here?

The best start would be to consult a lawyer. You didn't provide any factual background in your post, and need to clarify why are you worried that your husband's extension of L status will be denied. There are no generic approvals or denials, each application for extension of status is decided based on its merit.

You are correct. If your husband's extension is denied, you will not be able to come and work on L2 dependent status.
