Is there a time limit to sue for job discrimination ?

If you are suing for racial, gender, disability, religion, national origin, creed, color, or etc, then you need to report it to the EEOC by 180 days from the dates of its occurrence. Be sure that you have he time to file a complaint with your employer and they have made a decision.
