eviction
Tenants have been instructed to leave on Nov. 1, They have not left yet, so the lights were turned off.There is a sewer leak, also because of domestic disputes involving police is the reasons for eviction. They were originally told to vacate in Sept. given until Nov 1.

Well, now what? Unlawful detainer action, what's holding it up, or the enforcement of such which has already been granted by a court having appropriate jurisdiction over the matter.?
