Can he kick me out?
I live with my boyfriend and both of our names are on the contract for the lease of the apartment. He pays for everything for the apartment since I do not have enough money to pay for half of anything right now. Can he kick me out of the apartment and tell me not to come back even though my name is on the lease?
What about if on the lease I am just an occupant?

Only the landlord can legally kick you out (or a judge with the sheriff's help).
