changing a plea in nc
Hello,
I need to change a guilty plea in order to have my license reinstated. The DMV explained that I needed to have the verdict changed to a ''PJC'' for a speeding ticket. How do I file to reopen the case, and what do i need to file??

You'll probably need to hire an attorney. Different counties have different procedures - you'll need some sort of motion for appropriate relief.
