Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina

Revoked Liscense

I have been given a ticket for driving on a revoked liscense. My court date is next week. Since I have recieved the ticket, I have got the revokation lifted and I now have a valid liscense. What will the penalties be and do I need an attorney.

Re: Revoked Liscense

Most likely, you will want an attorney. The court would generally advise you of your rights and ask if you want to represent yourself, hire an attorney or apply for court appointed counsel. You can go down there on your court date and speak with a district attorney about what they are willing to do about the ticket but they can't give you legal advice.
