power of attorney
my mother made our sister power of attorney but she passed away on dec172007 and it is just me and my other sister so what should my mom do now

Your mother should consult with an attorney to determine if a new person as power of attorney is advisable, based on her situation, and if it is, have an attorney draw up the necessary paperwork.
