Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in North Dakota

second marriage home ownership

My husband and I both have grown children from first marriages. How do we ensure our children equally inherit our homes (primary and vacation) when we die, without either of us giving up ownership to the children while we are living?

Re: second marriage home ownership

You can do that in a living trust agreement. Read - "Create Your Legacy & Save the American Middle Class" It is subtitled, "How You Can Protect Your Family and Loved Ones

in the Event of Death or Disability (Without Paying Legal Fees)and Win their Gratitude and Admiration". I wrote this book for the middle class to explain all you need to know about death and disability planning in Plain English. Most people can properly plan and implement these things without an attorney after reading the book and using the Legacy Trust Package. If not, we can do it for you at a reasonable price and credit you the cost of the book and the Legacy Trust Package if you bought these. You will find information on this at www.yourlivinglegacy.info.
