Legal Question in Disability Law in Ohio

If I am handicap and I enter into a store, lets say "K-Mart" for instance, and there are only electric wheelchairs provided, which are no help to me because I can't use my hands. Can I sue for discrimination against a handicap? I would had needed a wheelchair which allows someone else to push me. Please help, thanks!

The accomodation you seek is beyond federal requirements of ADA law. So, no, you can't sue K-Mart for not providing wheelchairs.
